Selected candidates will be appointed as TRAINEE PILOT on probation and will be placed below the junior-most existing Trainee Pilot as on date of joining. On completion of training and release for regular line flying the candidate will be placed as FIRST OFFICER. Line seniority will continue as per seniority set at date of joining as indicated above.
7. Salary/ Compensation :
Will be on stipend till completion of training. Thereafter, will be appointed on First Officer’s scale of pay
(initially on probation for one year) as per Company regulations.
