» Frequent Flyer Service Officer
The jobholder will be part of a highly motivated team, working on schedule, dedicated to delivering outstanding service to the frequent flyers program clients. The jobholder will be required to work under a great deal of pressure, communicating with a large number of partner associates and employees, third party suppliers and frequent flyers program clients. The position requires a superb level of telephone manner and diplomacy to maintain the outstanding standard of quality service the premium customers will expect.
• Main duties
Assist in managing the frequent flyers program, clients and servicing requirements.
Delivers high value solutions – is tenacious and creative about dealing with customers’ travel or lifestyle requirements and problems.
Builds professional and influential relationships – is persuasive and confident in his/her dealings with customers and quickly builds rapport.
Sells brand consistent solutions – is energized by generating sales whilst delivering added value customer service.
Investigates information and builds own knowledge – is constantly seeking to keep their knowledge up to date and finding information to help meet customer requirements.
Collaborates effectively to support others – is proactive about sharing information and supporting colleagues.
Organizes and prioritizes flexibly – is able to juggle between a number of customer requirements and is flexible to constantly changing demands.
Monitor market trends, achievements for constant upgrade of customer services.
Conducted market surveys and identified needs.
Able to handle extensive exposure to overall operations, in addition to current duties.
• Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing or Equivalent
The incumbent must have significant experience in the delivery of outstanding Customer Service.
The incumbent must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully in Arabic and English.
The incumbent must have a superb telephone manner and the ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels.
The incumbent will need to have the ability to work unsupervised and have decisive decision making capabilities.
He/She must be well-organized & consistent achiever of set objective.
» Cargo Officer, Operations & Capacity Control
• Main Duties
| 1. | Handling export cargo. |
| 2. | Handling import cargo. |
| 3. | Cargo planning, keeping in view cargo loading on A319 and A320 (Bulk Loading). |
| 4. | Manage mishandled cargo. |
| 5. | Managing cargo in case of flight disruptions. |
• Qualifications and Experience
Educated to a minimum of A levels or equivalent.
At least 3 years experience in the air freight industry.
Experience in managing cargo space keeping in view passenger booking and baggage.
Knowledge of custom regulations.
Complete Knowledge of Export and Import documentation.
Aware of SITA messages.
Knowledge of cargo claim procedures.
Has knowledge of on-line to cargo reservations.
Well versed in communication in English, written and spoken Arabic is an advantage.
PC skills – MS office application.
